Frequently Asked Questions

• What times are the workshops?

  Workshops run from 9am til 4pm

• Are there refreshments?

  Refreshments are provided for the morning and afternoon breaks but you will need to bring your own lunch. Please let us know if you have particular dietary requirements, such as gluten free biscuits or non dairy milk

• Is there disabled access and facilities?

  The building has a small step at the front of the building but it does have disabled access at the back of the building. Toilet facilities are downstairs and include a hoist and changing bed. The training usually takes place upstairs but can easily be moved downstairs if disabled individuals are attending

• What happens if I need to cancel my place?

  As training materials need to be purchased in advance you will lose a £20 deposit to cover these costs, however we will always work with you to get you on the next available workshop so that you can still complete your training.

• How much does the training cost?

  Each level costs £85 and includes participant manuals, refreshments and an attendance certificate
