Key Concepts: Discover the structure of our solar system, the lifecycle of stars, and how gravity shapes celestial motion.
Exploration and Evidence: Examine how telescopes and space probes provide data that deepen our understanding of the universe.
Exam Preparation: Practise explaining orbital motion, redshift, and the Big Bang theory through GCSE-style questions and discussions.
Expect plenty of cake, new ideas and chances for hands-on experimentation!
This session is fully-funded and delivered by Physics Partners. The session is part of the Bedford Physics Hub series of twilight sessions for physics teachers, particularly non-specialists and early career teachers. Technicians are also welcome to attend.
