Join us for the second of our King's Lynn KS5 Physics Hub sessions led by Alan Denton, Physics Partners Coach and hosted by Springwood High School.

Desmos - how much time can physicists save with this amazing tool?

Desmos is an incredibly powerful tool; it can be used to help students create a quick graph or analyse their practical. It can also be used a teaching tool - creating lessons where students can sketch answers, solve calculations, complete tables, draw graphs, complete card sorts, answer multiple choice questions and much more - all whilst the teacher monitors class progress.

In this session we will have a look at how Desmos can be used by both teachers and students, and share ideas where and when we think we can get the best from it during KS5.

Expect plenty of cake, new ideas and chances for hands-on experimentation!
