International Women’s Day 2026 – Give to Gain: Free Start Up Business Support for Women & Networking Lunch Event

Celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 by joining local women in business for a day of learning, networking, and celebration!

Let’s Do Business Group is hosting a one-day event at Freedom Works, designed to support aspiring female entrepreneurs. The day will focus on practical business skills in the morning, followed by networking and showcasing local businesses in the afternoon, giving attendees the tools, connections, and inspiration to turn their idea or hobby into a reality.

Date: Friday 6th March 2026
Time: 9:00am – 2:30pm (attendees are welcome to join the morning and/or afternoon sessions)
Location: Freedom Works – The Palace Workspace, 1-3 Robertson Street, Hastings TN34 1HN

This event will combine a morning of expert-led training with an afternoon showcase and networking event, giving attendees the opportunity to gain knowledge, make connections, and support local, women-led businesses.

09:30 – 11:30 | Business Planning & Finance with Lisa Young, Let’s Do Business Group
11:30 – 12:00 | Marketing & Social Media Tips with Kerry Madge, Let’s Do Marketing
12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch, provided by Freedom Works

Learn essential skills for starting a business, from building a solid business plan to managing finances and creating effective marketing content. These sessions are designed to be actionable, informative, and inspiring for women at any stage of their entrepreneurial journey.

13:00 – 14:30 | Connect with local businesswomen and explore a range of products and services showcased by women-led businesses in the area. Share experiences, ask questions, and gain valuable insights while celebrating the achievements of women in business. This event is free to attend and open to all, regardless of location.

Please note: the morning learning session is only open to those who identify as female and are either looking to start their own business or have been trading for under three years.
