Lisa Young - Business Finance Manager, Let's Do Business Group
Lisa Young is a Business Manager with a strong background in business banking and coaching. She joined the team in 2019 after a successful career at NatWest/RBS as a Business Relationship Manager, where she supported clients with their day-to-day banking and funding needs. In 2018, driven by her passion for helping business owners succeed, Lisa founded her own business as a business coach, working closely with entrepreneurs across Kent.
In her current role, Lisa supports small businesses to access finance through business loans, guiding them through the application process and assessment journey. Known for her approachable and encouraging style, she enjoys building lasting relationships with business owners and cheering them on as they grow. Lisa also works closely with banks, accountants, and finance brokers to strengthen partnerships and expand the support available to clients. Alongside this, she leads the Her Biz Start Up Programme, empowering female entrepreneurs across Kent and East Sussex.
