Course Overview
“I don’t have the time” is just an excuse. Making effective use of time in the workplace though, that can be learned.
This workshop will address the principles of time management that will help employees achieve more during the working day, or get things done more quickly and easily, leading to improved productivity.
AI cannot do it all for you, but it can help, so, we will review AI tools and techniques for developing productivity.
The course will look at common misconceptions about time, how our mental capacity can be managed, how to handle distractions and interruptions, and how to approach an ever-increasing list of tasks in a stress reduced manner.

Explain why attention, rather than time, is the primary scarce resource in knowledge work.
Define what for them is important and urgent
