Course Overview

The European Banking Authority (EBA) provides guidelines on information and communication technology (ICT) in the banking and financial services sector. The course will cover areas such as outsourcing, ICT risk management, incident reporting, ICT operations and security, business continuity planning, and supervisory review and DORA ((Digital Operational Resilience Act).

The focus is on ensuring a resilient and secure ICT environment to safeguard financial stability and protect consumers and how these guidelines impact regulated entities such as investment firms.
