Course Overview
This workshop will teach HR professionals to use generative AI tools in their daily work. Participants will learn to use AI for recruitment, employee communications, and admin tasks through live demonstrations and hands-on practice. The course offers the opportunity to work with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to create job descriptions, draft communications, analyse employee feedback, and generate performance review templates. Participants will leave with practical skills, ethical guidelines, and a simple plan for using AI in their organisation while keeping human oversight and avoiding common mistakes.
