Aikido Takemusu Kai started in the early 1970s in Japan by the late Suzuki Toshinobu who was a direct student of the founder of aikido Morihei Ueshiba, and the UK branch in the very late 80s in London. We have been teaching aikido at the Cato St dojo since 1996 to a wide variety of committed students. Aikido Takemusu Kai is directed by 8th.dan Richard J Simms whom Suzuki Toshinobu sensei officially appointed in 1989, his leadership has continued under the present head in Japan Suzuki Shigeyuki sensei.

St Kevin’s College is an all boy’s secondary school under the trusteeship of the Edmund Rice Schools Trust and is located in the heart of the Ballygall community on Ballygall Road East, Finglas, Dublin 11 where it has served the community in education since 1967. First Year Induction Moving to second level is a time of great change for young children and their families. June 2011. We take children from Ledbury Primary School and over twenty other local primary schools in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Introduction from the Headteacher Site and Facilities The school is situated close to the edge of the town with views over the surrounding countryside. Subject departments have well-equipped suites of teaching rooms, all with interactive touch screens and we have seven ICT suites and over three hundred computers so that computer-based facilities are always available. Our sport and leisure complex provides excellent indoor facilities together with a large, floodlit Astroturf pitch. In 2009 we opened our Student Services Centre, the first of its kind to be established in Herefordshire. The Centre sets a new standard for inclusive and supportive secondary education, bringing together all essential pastoral and academic support services under one roof. Sixth Form Our Sixth Form Centre is housed in a purpose-built, separate suite of teaching rooms, an ICT network, study room, common room and offices. At the International Arabic School we aim to educate children in the Arabic language to enable them not only to learn to read from a book, but to use this beautiful language in everyday life. Using a range of popular, clear, and colourful literature we aim to educate children in a stimulating, exciting atmosphere. Many activities are included during the class in addition to the use of visual aids and language games to keep children motivated and engaged. We follow the Lebanese curriculum and all our books are carefully selected to deliver the language in small clear stages. All abilities are welcome from beginners to the Arabic to more advanced speakers and our teachers have a minimum of 15 years experience each. Classes consist of a small number of students with some classes having the benefit of a teachers assistant available for extra guidance and support. When a student enrolls with us, they are each provided with a complimentary text book, work book and the necessary folder for each class. There is a 25 minute break allocated for each class in turn were students are taken to the canteen to have a snack (complementary juice and biscuits provided by the school) or are welcome to bring their own packed lunch.
