I have a vast knowledge of injury, illness and mental health rehab, and a lot of
experience in taking part in endurance cycling and walking events. Today I help
people turn their 5k runs into marathons, beginners competing in duathlons and
people wanting to complete long distance walking paths. I make sure they keep
themselves injury free, and if the worst does happen then I rehab them back to
full strength (and across that finish line).
