Gel Polish is applied to the client’s nail and then cured using an LED or UV lamp to create a longer lasting nail treatment (up to 3 weeks) than a standard manicure. The GTi Gel Polish course covers how to complete gel polish application and demonstrates the correct removal techniques. The course also covers reception and consultation, contra-indications to treatment and aftercare advice. On completion of the course you will receive two recognised and insurable qualifications.  Includes: 2 Hard copy take home training manuals. This half day course is designed to help participants who need to write or revise policies and procedures for their organisations. It will help them to develop effective structures for the writing and design and ensure that they meet key legal and good practice requirements on some of the most important policies such as health and safety, equal opportunities and financial procedures. It will also look at the process of consultation and implementation so that the policies obtain “buy-in” and commitment from staff and volunteers.

This half day course looks at practical methods of saving time and prioritising work so that participants are more productive. It considers a wide range of strategies to overcome some of the physical and mental barriers for those working in an office or home environment.

This workshop is designed to help you manage your time more effectively. It will explore issues with time management, prioritisation and delegation, managing meetings and emails, Managing other peoples priorities and action planning.

Over the course of this weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will develop the fundamental skills to take you into the the ancient Daosit process of Nei Gong using the tools of the Ji Ben Qi Gong set. This will be an intensive weekend that will transfer to you the knowledge and skills to begin a proper exploration of the internal arts and the transfomational journey of mind, body and soul it can take you on.  The course will run from 9am to 4pm each day and be taught by Jaemie, who is a recognised Qi Gong instructor under the banner of Lotus Nei Gong International and who has close to a decade of experience in the internal arts and over 30 years in the eastern arts in general.  We have a friendly and welcoming group training on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to join us for some practice.
