As our team themselves have grown organically through Social Services, Education
and Health sectors, there is a shared passion with providers in understanding
their needs, their strengths, challenges and threats so that we create access
opportunities where together, we raise the bar. Professional, Respect,
Integrity, Development & Equality are the core characteristics that all care
workers should have to give them a baseline to grow. For us, Social Care will no
longer be an under resourced and undervalued relative of Health Care, but rather
a career of choice. We view our role as supporting the career development for
all care workers, creating innovative learning platforms, providing access to
conference and events to connect the sector and to provide empowerment
opportunities to support development.
