Exercise has always been a main passion for me. I have always turned to exercise
as a way of keeping me fit, healthy and worry free. I first qualified as an
Exercise to Music Instructor in 1999 and have been teaching fitness classes ever
since either in a part time or more recently full time capacity. I have taught
various fitness classes over the years from Aerobics, Bums, Tums and Legs back
in the day, to Clubbercise, Keep Fit & Circuits which I am presently teaching.
