CLOD ENSEMBLE create provocative, finely crafted performance and participation projects driven by movement and music. For over 25 years, director Suzy Willson and composer Paul Clark have developed a highly original performance language, in collaboration with dancers, actors, musicians, medics, architects and orchestras. Our core team work from our studios in the Design District on Greenwich Peninsula, and we work with a wide range of freelance artists on each project. Each production has a unique visual identity and distinctive musical score. Highlights include Silver Swan, featuring a choir of seven unaccompanied singers; Under Glass, where performers are contained within glass cases, from a jam jar to a test tube; An Anatomie in Four Quarters in which the audience cut a path through the auditorium of a large theatre and Red Ladies, a chorus of identically dressed women who transform, celebrate and interrupt the familiar streets of a city. Our work is presented in London, across the UK and internationally in theatres, dance houses, galleries and public spaces including Sadler’s Wells, Tate Modern, The Lowry, Wales Millennium Centre, Serralves Museum Porto and Public Theater New York. Our approach to performance making embraces difference and ambiguity, allowing us to work with complex ideas in complex systems. Each of our projects upholds movement, music and visual languages as vital ways of knowing, learning, and communicating. We offer a wide-reaching programme of education and participation projects in schools, higher education institutions and NHS Trusts. These different areas of our work overlap, creating fertile ground for dialogue, debate and collaboration. We offer a rich programme of Talent Development, developing the next generation of music, dance and interdisciplinary artists. Through learning programmes we inspire young people through music and movement in formal education settings and beyond. Hello!! My name is Muge and I am the founder of My Breathing Path! I was born in Istanbul, Turkey and I lived there until 2018. I was working in the Turkish finance industry for more than 10 years and during that time I was suffering from an advanced hernia in my neck. Working in a high stress environment and dealing with lots of problems at the same time, made me a super-achiever. I first came across breathwork in a workshop in 2010. It was extremely powerful but also it was completely different to the other techniques that I had tried before. As I continued to go to the sessions, it helped me to understand my behaviour as a perfectionist and its subsequent consequences for my life, the hernia and my unbalanced relationship with my family, friends and colleagues. After experiencing healing and transformation myself, I decided to become a facilitator. Since 2014, I have been working in the field of Transformational Breath as a Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator in private sessions, workshops and seminars while I continued to work in my finance career. I have experience in working with a wide variety of people – each possessing their own set of needs and goals. My further qualifications, Basic DNA Theta Healing Practitioner and Reiki II Certification are used in conjunction with Transformational Breath sessions to help people reach their potential and achieve their goals. Life is a combination of different journeys and within my new journey in the UK, I look forward to sharing my experiences through transformational breathing sessions with others, who want to discover more about themselves with transformation in their life, increase their self-awareness and live a healthier lifestyle.

Lolita Asil was born in Istanbul. After graduating from the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts (1991), she did her Master’s degree at the Institute of Social Sciences of the Mimar Sinan University . She carried out stage decor, design application works and made murals in amateur theaters. Influenced by Leonardo da Vinci, she began examining and painting the human body in terms of anatomy. She has attended cadaver studies in the Anatomy Department of the Medical School in Marmara University(1996-1997). She initiated her thesis on “The Relationship between the Human Body and Painting” for the proficiency in Arts Program at the Institute of Social Sciences in Mimar Sinan University(2000). Atlas Magazine’s September issue, titled “Body File”, covered her texts and paintings on the subject(2003). She has participated with her solo exhibition and seminar at the “Nature Festival” which was held in Harbiye Military Museum. She has taught students on the exceptional student program at the school Hasan Ali Yucel Education Faculty in Istanbul University. She has participated in autopsy studies in the Department of Forensic Medicine at the Medical School of Istanbul University. She wrote the texts for the file titled “Leonardo da Vinci” for Atlas Magazine’s 2005 January issue. She has organized a performance, together with pianist Anjelika Akbar, in the Harbiye Military Museum, under the scope of the Nature Festival (2005). She arranged a reception for her 20th year in art during which an exhibition was held and a documentary on “Lolita Asil” was presented(2011). She reliesed a “Video Mapping” at the Yapı Kredı Kazım Taskent Culture Center in Istanbul. She has introduced a new sculpture named “ETERNITY” at a reception held at Su Ada, in Istanbul(2012). She has participated in the Contemporary Art fair in Istanbul, showing a solo exhibition. She wrote articles about art in several magazines such as Paros, Atlas and others. She has presented her “UNIVERSAL” installation work at Istanbul Leather Fair during the event “Art Meets Leather”. She has reliesed her own exhibition and film titled “EXISTENCE” at the Seed Sabanci Museum(2014). She continues her painting and art lessons with students from different age groups in her studios in London and İstanbul.
