and mind. It encompasses practices that bring balance between the physical body,
the mind and the spirit. With practice, our inner consciousness, our sense of
ourself, changes. The result is a life that is more harmonious and joyful. Yoga
brings about deep relaxation that allows the true inner spirit to emerge and
flourish.
