Many pastors and lay leaders were trained and equipped for doing ministry with the relevant practical knowledge and guidance to serve the Church and its various ministries. Location & Administration It is a non-residential institute with an evangelical/Pentecostal emphasis where all may enroll for the courses offered. The offices and class rooms are shared with the Southall Church of God, 9 Norwood Road, Southall, Middx. UB2 4EA, UK. Registration The London School of Ministries & Theology is a Registered Company Limited in UK and has the rights and privileges to operate as a proper Ministry training institute. Accreditation Currently the Institute is accredited by the International Association for Theological Accreditation (IATA) which offers Certificate, Diploma and Bachelors’ Degree courses. The LSMT is recognized by the School of Ministries in USA as a Level I category institution to teach the Certificate In Ministerial Studies (CIMS) program which could earn College Credit hours with the Lee University, Cleveland, Tennessee, USA. the steam workshop

The Steam Workshop was formed in 2013 by Simon, or should I say,..... me,.... who having spent the previous 10 years building his Chiropractic clinic businesses in the Chester area was keen to start a new business centered around his lifelong hobby and passion for model engineering and steam. Together with my friend John, (who at that time was working as a tool-maker pattern -maker), we bought a tired 3" scale Plastow Burrell traction engine. The intention was to re-build the model as a fun project and then to sell it on at a profit to see if a workshop business centered around model engineering could be made viable. John was also re-building a 5" gauge BR Britannia for a friend at the same time, and so those two re-builds (SW Rebuilds number 1 & 2) really set the foundations for what the company has since grown into. I've been playing trains from an early age. My grandad, Geoff Nicholson was well known in model engineering and steam circles, and familiar to many for his annual appointment at the Midlands ME exhibition where he would demonstrate 'dome bashing' and sheet metal work to the visitors in the workshop corner. Geoff was a lifelong and prolific model engineer, and I spent a lot of time both in his workshop and putting thousands of miles on his locos while he drank tea and chatted to everyone!

Art Play is a space based in Shoreditch, that provides creative workshops for both children and adults. If you are looking to learn a new skill, make new friends or simply have fun doing something a bit different, we are the place for you! Here at Art Play London, we offer a wide range of creative workshops for adults and children of all ages. We believe in the importance of expressing ourselves creatively, freeing our imaginations and most importantly, having fun! Whether you're an artist already or looking to try something new, we offer a huge selection of classes for all abilities. Art Play has a strong focus on the environment and aims to educate children and adults on their environmental impact through art. We therefore use a variety of sustainable mediums and materials. We are a part of the worldwide Precious Plastic Community, which means we have a plastic collection point for HDPE plastic, which would otherwise end up in landfills or the ocean. Once collected, the plastic is shredded and melted using equipment we have in our studio. It can then be turned into useful objects such as plant pots and coasters, and can even be turned into art! Art Play London was founded by Silva Castellani in 2018, starting out as pop-up events around London. We set up our studio space in February 2022 and are now permanently based in Shoreditch.

Just another WordPress siteIn 2003 Laura & George Molloy set up Swimbabes, a company dedicated to teaching babies to swim. It was a decision they made after joining Aquababies in Manchester with their son Joshua were the benefits for both Josh and Mum and Dad where clear to see. In fact Laura & George loved the swimming lessons so much that they both decided to train as baby swim instructors and in 2003 took the leap and set up Swimbabes just after the birth of their second child, Eve. Laura states: “Giving up a job that I had done for years was scary but I knew I needed to make changes in my life… Swimming had been so rewarding for Joshua I decided to challenge myself and set up my own business, and I am so glad I did”. In October 2003 Swimbabes ran their first sessions at the Trinity Hydro pool in Huddersfield with just 11 little swimmers, extending later that year to run classes in Sheffield too with over 150 swimmers by the following summer. The business continued to grow and in 2005 opened the Swimbabes shop to sell lots of the items that were used in the lessons. In 2007 Swimbabes looked to extend its team with our Office Managers joining and continued to extend Swimbabes, adding our Swimstars programme in 2014. Swimbabes now operate across Yorkshire and North Derbyshire with over 1800 little swimmers attending classes each week.

Our mission will always be to eliminate the unnecessary within a design by removing those elements which are redundant. In our pursuit of less, we will always contribute more thought, more experimentation and investigation , more work and reflection to find the essence in each new piece of work. That’s just what we do, and what we like to do. Process Process can’t always be a set structure and each scenario demands a tailored approach. There are a number of place markers that govern our way of doing things. Over 40 years of experiences has developed a process which is as part structure, part instinct and experience. For example our work might starts with a research based initial response, followed by development to agreed criteria and then production of an output and its story.

St. Kilian’s Deutsche School is a German/Irish school. It is a co-educational, inter-denominational school spanning the full educational cycle.Primary School The Primary School welcomes children from 6-12 years of age. Pupils enter First Class in our Primary School at a minimum age of 6 years and 3 months having completed their Kindergarten/Vorschule years (Junior/Senior Infants). Pupils joining us from other schools and from abroad may enter the Primary School in accordance with our Admissions Policy. During their six years at Primary School, pupils follow the Irish Primary School Curriculum with the exception, initially, of the Irish Language (introduced in 3rd class). We follow Baden-Württemberg guidelines for the subject German and for our German Curricular Stream. German is taught throughout the Primary School. A knowledge of the German language is not a requirement for entry into the Primary School. There are two classes for each year group and we aim to ensure that our classes include an even mix of children regarding sex, German mother and foreign tongue as well as nationality. Every class has a class teacher. Classes are taught by a mix of primary teachers and specialist teachers. PE is an integral part of our core curriculum. Classes 1 to 4 have five timetabled classes of Sport a week, classes 5 and 6 have three. Hockey and Soccer are also taught as optional subjects in the afternoon.

Since the 1920s, Morley Exhibitions has been supporting the creative development of Morley’s students and providing cultural engagement across all centres and subjects. Based across nine display spaces at the Waterloo, Chelsea and North Kensington Centres, Morley Exhibitions maintains a regular programme to showcase the talents of the student and staff community. Morley College London is home to artists working across all art forms and at all stages of their careers: students, emerging and established. Our exhibitions programme presents new ideas and different perspectives in ways that are inclusive, innovative and inspiring. Most prominent of our exhibition spaces is Morley Gallery, a two story state-of-the-art art gallery in a converted pub at the Waterloo Centre. Opened in 1969, it is currently in the last stages of a major refurbishment and will reopen in Spring 2021. We’re excited to announce a new programme of shows in the new year. Morley Exhibitions also maintains our important permanent collection of artworks on display around the college buildings. This including murals by Edward Bawden and large installation paintings by Martin Froy, John Piper and Bridget Riley. Also on show are portraits of Morley’s principals painted by Maggi Hambling, a highly valued member of our teaching staff since the 1970s.
