Mitch has personally worked with thousands of athletes throughout his career. His clients not only have won world series rings, played in the NFL and MLS, and competed in the Olympics, but they have achieved great personal success in local competitive events and leagues. His clientele has ranged from 6 to 54 years old. In addition to being the founder and President of MTS, Mitch serves as the Prevention, Rehab, and Physical Performance Coordinator for 17 sports, as well as the strength and conditioning coach for Women’s basketball and Volleyball at Missouri State University. At MSU, he utilizes his knowledge of performance enhancement and sports medicine to coordinate the rehab and injury prevention programs for all varsity sports while simultaneously improving the athletic performance for the Lady Bear teams. His areas of interest included functional movement and biomechanics, high speed treadmill training, and metabolics. He believes that sports are not only a great outlet for people of all ages and levels to get exercise, express themselves and relieve stress, but it teaches us all a great deal about ourselves and others.

I Studied Acting At Stella Adler Studio In New York City. Whilst In NYC, I Was Chosen To Work On Behalf Of The Student Outreach Team That Held Regular Workshops In Schools Around New York. This Experience Led Me To Start Making Puppets And Perform Traditional Folk Stories In Local Children’s Bookshops Around New York City. How Did You Become Passionate About Childcare? A WONDERFUL HOUSE Having been born and brought up here I have been enormously privileged to have lived in such a wonderful house and to have so many memories of my childhood from climbing the ancient yew trees in the woods to running up the secret stairs and taking unsuspecting visitors by surprise and even washing up in the tearoom at the age of five. Our children, now, are enjoying that same experience. Over 900 years Traquair has witnessed extraordinary events in Scotland’s history and 27 monarchs have passed through its doors. In 1958, my grandfather opened a few rooms to the public for the first time (much to the fury of my grandmother) and Traquair has since welcomed over 1 million visitors. DEVOTION & GROWTH My parents devoted their lives to making Traquair the attraction it is today. My father discovered the 300 year old brewery and began brewing again in 1965. My mother set up a number of craft workshops in the grounds amongst many other initiatives. Since I have come back to live here in 1990 when my father died we have continued to grow and diversify our activities here. We offer a year round programme of events for all ages, a romantic wedding venue, accommodation in the house and hosting for corporate meeting and dinners.

We are a true multidisciplinary society largely made up from the specialties of gynaecology, dermatology, genito-urinary medicine and pathology. Our membership consists of doctors and nurses and we work closely with allied health professionals aligned to vulval disease. This multidisciplinary approach to the speciality enables excellence in clinical outcomes and workforce training. We have a strong commitment to education and training working with our medical colleges striving to achieve high quality standards of care for patients. Our membership currently stands at 288 health professionals from a variety of different specialities. The objectives of the society The relief of suffering for patients with vulval diseases The promotion of research into the cause and management of vulval diseases The practice, art and science of understanding, diagnosing and managing vulval diseases Achievements include: Hosting clinical conferences. Our annual two-day meeting was held in Salisbury in April 2018 hosted by Dr Abi Kingston. It was an excellent conference and 146 delegates attended Guidelines on Vulval pain syndromes (published British Journal of Dermatology). Contribution to the NHS Clinical Knowledge on pruritus vulvae for primary care and first contact physicians. Completed a Cochrane review on lichen sclerosus treatment. Funding and clinically supporting the James Lind Alliance Priority Setting Partnership to identify and prioritise the top 10 future research questions for lichen sclerosus.
