Atherstone Town Football Club

Visited last night to watch a game against Bewdley Town. Although not the highest standard of football I would rather watch amateurs play these days compared to the over pampered professionals. Price was cheap to watch at £7, cheaper for under 16's. Compare that to the championship for example at £32.50 where if your team isn't doing very well the football is awful. Really good welcome by the staff volunteers, hadn't been to sheppy road since 99/00 season .glad to see it hadn't changed much .good place to watch football non league.see you again maybe .

Took my grandson who was a mascot for a cup match had a wonderful afternoon. Half time food went down well.
