Her Business is designed exclusively for women in business, returning to work or starting their female entrepreneurial journey, who are looking to amplify their business acumen. Led by Essex Businesswoman of the Year, Sarah Brockwell, this session covers strategic business planning, marketing strategies tailored for female-led businesses, networking in Essex, and navigating challenges unique to women in business.

With interactive activities and case studies, participants will learn techniques for overcoming imposter syndrome, resilience, validation and building confidence – all contributing to business success.

Participants will leave with actionable strategies and a renewed sense of empowerment.

Businesses of all stages and sizes as well as Sole Traders will benefit from this workshop.

This programme is delivered by the North Essex Economic Board (NEEB) in partnership with Backing Essex Business and Let's Do Business Group.

Backing Essex Business is undertaking this project jointly with the North Essex Economic Board (NEEB). The Board is a partnership of local authorities in the area: Braintree, Maldon, and Tendring district councils, Colchester Borough Council, Chelmsford City Council and Essex County Council.
